The Toccagino family moved Palermo's in 2006 to Elk Grove, after 14 years in Palo Alto, Ca. Palermo's menu is based on family recipes from Southern Italy. The menu showcases a variety of seafood and shellfish specialties, as well as an assortment of pasta dishes, pizza and weekly specials.
