About Us
Pajano's Pizza™ was founded in 1971 by Papa Nick . He grew up in a part of Chicago know as Broadview. He came to Florida, bringing many Italian recipes that had been passed on to him from generations of family.Being the first restaurant to introduce pizza to Indian Rocks Beach, Nick was often seen preparing pizza in the window. Customers would be amazed with their first experience of biting into a fresh slice of pizza. Over time, Papa Nick has passed on pizza making tradition to his children. Pajano's Pizza and Subs has satisfied the hunger of many generations after serving the beaches for nearly 40 years.
