Raymond and Barry Siu started Pah Ke's in 1999. Born in China, the brothers have much knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking. Barry worked in the food service industry in Hong Kong for many years. Since arriving in Hawaii, Barry has worked at 'various restaurants developing his talent in Local Chinese cooking. Raymond has cooked with some of Hawaii's best chefs. Working at the Halekulani, Alan Wong's, XIichel 's Colony Surf, and Roy's Restaurant; Raymond was able to expand his knowledge of Hawaiian Regional Cuisine.
The' brothers bring their talents together at Pah Ke's in providing excellent Tradition Chinese Cuisine and developing their innovative and-unique Chinese-Hawaiian Cuisine.
Yvonne, Barry's wife, works at the restaurant bringing much warmth and kindness to the business. Although new to food service, she adds much 'to Pah Ke's. Suzanne, Raymond's wife, worked for many years at Young's Fish Market and has much knowledge of traditional Hawaiian foods.
The Pah Ke family continues to grow with other family members working together with outstanding staff to provide excellent food, professional service 'and a, comfortable environment that reflects the spirit of Aloha.
