In July of 2008, owner Gus Makridis opened the Chino Hills eatery with the unique mindset of offering fresh, generous portions of food at a reasonable price, without skimping on service or atmosphere. With a grandfather and father in the restaurant business, it was only natural for Gus to follow in their footsteps and open up a place of his own.
