P4s fitness classes are an extremely efficient way to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. In addition we use kettlebells, free weights, glides, jumpropes, bosu, trx, medicine balls, stability balls & body bars to really maximize your workout & take you to the next level. You burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories per session based on the intensity of the class.

A P4s Trainer
If a p4s trainer can not make a session we will sub another trainer for that appointment. We have a shower & 2 change rooms for your convenience. You can bring your own towels or rent towels for $2.00. Water and snacks will also be available for sale. Eat 60 mins before am classes. Eat 90 mins to 2 hrs before pm classes. A combination of carbs and protein is necessary. Also, bring coconut water or a sports beverage to class as well to replace electrolytes lost from sweating. See our cancellation policy below. If you book a class and can not attend you must cancel by phone or email or it will count as a session.

Kids Fitness Program - Spring/Summer 2009!
Our kid's fitness programs start in the spring/summer 2009 and our goal is to stress the importance of fitness, strength, flexibility, stamina and good sportsmanship to the kids while having fun! We accept kids in the following age groups.
Ages 7-9
The fitness classes will be held in prospect park & marine park in brooklyn. The class will focus on agility balance and coordination. We use agility ladders, jump ropes, agility rings and drills to keep the kids interested and moving for an hour. We will do relays races and various events to encourage the kids and raise self esteem.
Ages 10-12
The fitness classes will be held in prospect park & marine park in brooklyn. The class will focus on agility balance and coordination. We use agility ladders, jump ropes, agility rings and drills to keep the kids interested and moving for an hour. We also introduce running to this age group. We do drills that will include relays and we do speed training. We would have races for the kids to participate in so they feel a sense of accomplishment throughout the training.

Teen Summer Program
This program is designed to strengthen the athletic skills of teens 13-17 year olds. Whether they are currently on a varsity team, want to make the cut in the fall or just want to train like an athlete. Sessions consist of strength and agility to improve athletic performance and endurance. The program runs for 4 weeks and we have 2 sessions; session #1: june 23rd - july 18th; session #2: july 21st - august 15th; sessions run from 9:30am - 12pm monday, wednesday and friday.

The cost for the 4 week program is $450. A non refundable deposit of $75 Is due by may 1st to secure a spot. We have limited spots as we want teens to get the specialized attention they need.
