Out of Bounds Brewing Company brings 16 years of Pacific Northwest brewing experience to Placer County and celebrates the Northern Californian lifestyle at it’s best. Chico-native and Head Brewer, Bruce MacPhee spent 10 years at the famed, Deschutes Brewing Company in Bend, Oregon before being hired by a Portland start-up, Coalition Brewing. Bruce has built a reputation for innovative handcrafted ales with English-style methodology and only using the finest ingredients from around the Pacific Northwest. The result is an extremely well balanced finished beer. It is for this reason, he has received numerous awards and recognition for his brewing techniques and recipes. Bruce brings his latest and greatest creations to Placer County and to his new Out of Bounds home. Come have a pint!
