Flow Into Friday Yoga
a vinyasa (flow) class that offers asanas (postures) for beginner to intermediate level yoga students. with pranayama (breath control), asana (postures) and dhyana (meditation) we will move into friday and the weekend with calmness and ease. vinyasas wil be high energy or slow moving depending on the day.
