Hot | Vinyasa | Flow | Ha | tha Room. This is a progressively building flow sequence with heat and humidity. All levels welcome as we move through a series of warrior poses, vinyasas and then into stretches in our warmed up Ha | tha room. Knowledge of a basic Sun Salutation can be helpful.
One Life Sequence - For Beginners
Our all-encompassing One Life Yoga Sequence, broken down and paced for beginning students. Extra attention and focus given at a slower pace. No heat.
In this Hatha-style class we'll explore the "Space" or Spirit Element – using twists and sidebends to nourish the liver and gallbladder meridians and make space in the body so that we may move through life with certainty and grace. As we harmoniously align yoga asana with the magnetic potency of the Elements, we'll also touch on how Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space make up the energies within ourselves and how we can use them to reaffirm our connection to our true nature.
Air Sequence- Kundalini
Awareness | Intuition | Breathwork | Ha | Tha Room. A beautifully dynamic and euphoric intuitively taught Kundalini flow. This combination of physical movement, chanting, and breathwork! This powerful and intuitively-taught Kundalini class brings us bettering understanding of working with boundaries and awareness. All-levels. All are welcome.

A dynamic, mindful practice and wisdom teaching, Yoga with Lea is about inner and outer alignment, a rejuvenation of mind and body that supports that which is highest in you! Kundalini Yoga Kriyas are an experience of balance, clarity and joy. Join us for a sacred, stunning sequence of asana (posture), movement, Pranayama (breath), dyana (meditation), mantra (sacred sound) and visualization. If you have never taken Kundalini Yoga before, these pure, often ancient techniques are as given by Yogi Bhajan. You will connect with great strength and peace within yourself through exploring the "inner vision" of your breath! Meditation | Soundbath | Healing. Sunday, August 19th & September 30th | 8 pm. Join us at One Life Yoga for an evening of healing through sound. El Larson [heare] is a certified sound practitioner who uses ancient Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks and sound synthesis to help create space for balance and healing. Time as a sound-obsessed yoga hermit equals that involved in underground electronica, where DJing introduced her to manipulating an environment with sound. Years of practicing and giving yoga adjustments in a Mysore Ashtanga room deepened her connection with the frequencies inside the body. In addition to sound, El has studied pranayama, yogic, Buddhist and Western philosophy, martial arts, Shamanism, holds an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor certificate and multiple Reiki attunements. Sanskrit devotional chants are pure, ancient callings to the divine energies. You will learn pronunciation as well as the inner meaning of the mantras. No previous experience is needed and you do not need to feel that you know how to sing. The japa practice will be followed by guided meditation and silent meditation.
