Livestream - Water
A flowing, movement and breath-based practice in the modern postural "Vinyasa" or "Flow" style of Hatha yoga. Influenced by the Krishnamacharya, Shivananda and Ashtanga traditions but reflecting the evolution of the practice. Experience moving sequences of Sun Salutations, Warrior postures and asanas (poses) designed to build strength, fluidity, and flexibility.
Livestream - Hatha Yoga + Meditation
Explore the contemplative aspects of Yoga in addition to a mindful Hatha practice, connecting breath to body. Come along if you' re interested in deepening your practice, you' d like to explore meditation, and/or you crave a silent pause in your fast-paced life. An all levels accessible flow, class that begins with a silent meditation.
Livestream - Earth
A grounding, supportive practice from the Yin and Restorative tradition. Experience deep stretches, floor poses and long, extended holds to open space and flexibility over time. This practice reaches beyond the muscles as yin seeks to get deeper into the tissues and fascia of the body.
Livestream - Elemental Flow
Elemental Flow seeks to use the potency of the elements to create a holistic and rejuvenating practice. Each class will focus on one or a few elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space), working with the meridian energy points in the body to activate the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual qualities of the elements. This class is a Vinyasa + Hatha style of practice and open to all levels.

The powerful tones produced are incorporate natural fluidity & movement, and have been shown to have profound effects on the mind, body, consciousness of an individual. Q.H. sounds are designed to lead one through an effortless and powerfully restorative meditation experience invoking relaxation, and expanded creativity, while improving sleep quality and productivity, and decreasing stress. The music is layered live and explores acoustical phenomena, white/pink noise, low-mid-high range frequencies; all folded into a tapestry of real-time musical compositions. He has been facilitating group sound healing experiences since the summer of 2012, and has provided deep meditation and rejuvenation for thousands of people using his unique and powerful modality. His sounds have been experienced and at various therapeutic sound spaces at many festivals including Burning Man, Lightning in a Bottle, Lucidity, Shakti/Bhakti Fest, and more. Birthed from his studies of music, vibration, energy and the practice of meditation and martial arts; Torkom has mastered and perfected a system that is known to put people in very deep states of consciousness with little to no effort. Torkom weaves sound-waves and harmonics live using a synthesizer in 432 Hz tuning. Through the natural movement of these sounds, deep rest is achieved and the bodies own intelligence facilitates an elevated level of healing. He is the former resident sound meditation lead at Full Circle Venice, and Source Spiritual Center. He currently practices out LA's top studios such as the Den Meditation, Unplug, Continuum movement, and more. Torkom is also a sound designer and his work has been featured in apps like Inscape, Mindbliss, Neuroexplorer VR, and Kargoe.
Livestream - Pranayama + Nidra
Breath (prana) and mind are intricately linked. When either becomes balanced, the other is steadied. This class begins with pranayama (breath techniques) to calm the fluctuations of body and mind, followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation done whilst laying down. Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice, teaches us how to be aware of and experience the ever-changing phenomena of our lives. Yoga Nidra promotes insight and clarity, and inspires a great night's sleep.
Livestream: Play Time Peak Pose
This short and vigorous 45-min class is designed to help you achieve a specific peak pose. As we work towards a peak pose of the day, we will look at how different parts of your body work together, and build up to that peak. We will focus on challenging arm balances, deep backbends, hip and hamstring openings, core work, or combination of two or more. Come prepared to sweat, have fun, tap into new discoveries. And trust your process as we move together.
Earth
A grounding, supportive practice from the Yin and Restorative tradition. Experience deep stretches, floor poses and long, extended holds to open space and flexibility over time. Release tension on a deeper level with props, bolsters, straps, etc. Classes are either non-heated or treated with infrared to gently warm the body.

Start your day inspired and receptive with this 45-minute fusion practice, combining Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pranayama (the breathwork of Hatha yoga). Start your day on your own terms as you open and strengthen body and mind.

Water
A flowing, movement and breath-based practice in the modern postural "Vinyasa" or "Flow" style of Hatha yoga. Influenced by the Krishnamacharya, Shivananda and Ashtanga traditions but reflecting the evolution of the practice. Experience moving sequences of Sun Salutations, Warrior postures and asanas (poses) designed to build strength, fluidity, and flexibility. Classes are either heated or not as denoted on the schedule. Bring a towel mat to the heated classes to avoid slipping.

Infuse your morning with the mindful movement needed to start your day right! This brief practice packs a punch featuring an inspiring intention, heat building sun salutations, and a stimulating rhythmic flow, followed by a cool down that will leave you refreshed, balanced, and ready for your day.
Livestream - Mobility + Movement
In Mobility and Movement class, we start with an emphasis on moving our body freely and easily (mobility). We then explore "yoga-ish" poses that require us to move in various positions and directions (movement). Rather than practicing traditional yoga poses, we explore body movements that develop strength and flexibility and build freedom and control.
Livestream - Bhakti Flow
A Vinyasa based class inspired by the Bhakti tradition and incorporating mantra and devotional aspects to uplift the spirit. Allow your movement to be your prayer or offering. Find mindfulness on the mat and carry it with you at the end of the class.
Livestream - Morning Core
Cook your core and build functional strength in this 45-minute high-intensity movement class. We will incorporate yoga movement with bodyweight strength training to heat and tone the body. Basic vinyasa yoga experience is recommended.

You're cordially invited to a livestream conscious dinner party on June 26th at 7 PM. Reconnect to a deeper sense of knowing, explore the alchemy of food, find learning in challenging your discomfort. Join us as we connect to ourselves and each other with Presence. Experience true presence with yourself and community. Food is humanity's great connector - transcending culture, and all the ways we try to group and separate ourselves. Food is the common denominator, the essential component along with connection to fully expressing ourselves, living our purpose and developing those deep bonds of relationship. Together we eat and challenge our unconscious discomforts head-on through conversation, interaction and ceremony. You will be given the recipe five days before we meet to gather ingredients and prepare in advance. Lizzie will provide a plant-based cooking demo and food prayer. We will then have a facilitated conversation as we eat. Join as a participant or a viewer. Come as you are.
