Free. Duration: 90 min. One Kick's Gym. Get ready to feel like Goliath, even if you're a David! In this introduction to the art of Jiu Jitsu, you'll learn the basics of ground fighting, designed to help you take on opponents of any size. You'll learn takedowns and ground moves in the Jiu Jitsu style from a certified and trained instructor. As a bonus, you'll get to experience this class in a gi, the traditional uniform of Jiu Jitsu, bringing you that much closer to the rich history and strength of this fighting style. Come study No Gi Jiu Jitsu - that is, Jiu Jitsu without traditional Gi robes-- with expert trainer Master Nick, who will show you all you need to know about grappling, finishing, escapes, take-downs, and more. Whether you're a beginner who's looking to learn the basics, or a veteran who needs a tune-up before a match, you'll be in very capable hands. You'll also focus on developing self-respect, discipline, and honor, so that at the end of your session, you won't just be a stronger fighter, you'll be a stronger person.
