On Fire 4 Fitness provides personal training for a cardio and strength workout in a fun, supportive, beautiful environment. We want to enhance the wellness of every woman!
The Workout is based on the use of specialized P.A.C.E. hydraulic equipment originally designed for cardiac rehab and physical therapy. It is a full body workout, as pertinent for the first time gym user as it is for the elite athlete. The equipment has the following features:
There are no weights, pins or pulleys to change or use.
This P.A.C.E. hydraulic equipment, designed for women's fitness, provides 6 levels of resistance to strengthen and tone all muscle groups.
The equipment adjusts to each woman's strength and ability levels, is easy to use and produces results safely without soreness.
Thirty minutes of exercise strengthens all the major muscle groups and provides an extensive cardio workout.
You will see results by working out three times a week.

Zumba is an amazing cardio and full body workout while having great fun. Our instructor Dana Rodzen leads us in this wonderful and enjoyable workout.
Body Sculpting, led by instructor Myla Groth, is a high intensity workout. Each class is different, keeping all muscle groups engaged and guessing. Come out and get the workout of your life.
Knee Strengthening, led by instructor Myla Groth, is a unique workout for the legs to protect the knee, hip, ankle, core and back. Workout includes muscle strengthening, and balance. We use chairs and stand during the workout. No Floor Work
led by our instructor Bobbi Joels, leads you to a level of peace and serenity, while enhancing body tone and balance. Bobbi explains each movement, while telling the story of Tai Chi, Qui Quong, and other forms of meditative martial arts.
Personal Training is included in each membership. Once established on the circuit, a personal training program will be created for each member, based on their requested needs.
Personal training includes work with Resistance Bands, Exercise Balls, Medicine Balls, Body Blade, Mat work and some free weights.
Whether you are looking for a great ab, back, core, arm or leg workout, or just want strengthening of specific muscle groups, we will build a program that will meet your needs.
Pre and Post Natal programs available.
Post Physical Therapy programs available. We will work with your physical therapist to help enhance your PT workouts.

Members also have full online access to track their progress, schedule classes and personal training and utilize menu and nutritional resources; all of which is covered as part of each of our industry competitive membership plans.
