Boys School Age Gymnastics
Men's Gymnastics was rated the most difficult sport in terms of training, strength, and physical ability, by Men's Health and Fitness Journal in conjunction with a major university study (2nd was the triathlon). The combination of the six Olympic Events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar, provides a training that is unmatched by any sport, while providing ideal training for all sports. We also added Trampoline and Tumble Track (30 foot long trampoline for teaching tumbling) to increase aerial awareness. This program provides an excellent opportunity to get in incredible physical shape while having a great time. We attempt to keep class size to around a 8 to 1 ratio. A number of openings larger than that ratio indicates additional similar classes at the same time.

Girls School Age Gymnastics
Our program concentrates on the 4 girl's olympic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. In addition, we have added trampoline and tumble track (a 30 foot long trampoline that is great for teaching tumbling) to increase aerial awareness and make learning fun. These events build strength, flexibility, grace, and coordination. This program is excellent training for all sports and provides a great foundation should your child aspire to eventually compete in gymnastics. We attempt to keep class size to around a 8 to 1 ratio. A number of openings larger than that ratio indicates additional similar classes at the same time. The gymnastics classes are ideal for overall physical fitness and coordination. They are the foundation for all movement and a huge benefit for all sports. In addition, these classes are just plain fun. The tumbling class was originally designed for cheerleaders, but we soon found that others participants to be skateboarders, high jumpers, wrestlers, extreme sport enthusiasts, and those who just find it fun to do back handsprings and flips.

Coed Tumbling and Trampoline Classes
Gain confidence, strength, flexibility, social and cognitive benefits. Join us for a free week of class! Boys and Girls Ages 8-18. If you just want tumbling, this is your class. The main focus and foundation of this class is a back handspring, but it doesn't stop there. We teach at the level of each student. That means some of our students are working on back handsprings while others are perfecting front and back flips, layouts, fulls, and even aerials. About a third of the time is spent on floor basics (ie. forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back bends, handsprings). Another third of the time focuses on strength and flexibility training. And finally about a third of the time is skill development. Each portion of class ensures a strong, well rounded foundation in tumbling.

Competitve Team Gymnastics
Are you an aspiring competitive gymnast? Call today and set up a free week of classes! Should your child desire to join team, this is the place to be. We built our gym to accommodate the highest level athletes. Things like foam pit landing surfaces provide a forgiving landing. Our six in-ground trampolines assist in teaching high level skills and incredible aerial awareness. Our high level coaching ensures that skills are taught correctly and through proper progressions. We have a very good reputation within the gymnastics community for advancing gymnasts to the level they desire. We consistently send gymnasts on to the next level, collegiate gymnastics, upon graduation from high school. Not every gymnast will achieve this, nor does every gymnast want to continue after high school. But for those that do, we have a proven program to help them achieve their goals. We nurture our gymnasts for a well rounded character, teaching them social skills, work ethic, team work, and persistence. It's our mission to help them become the best they can be in all areas of life.

Ninja Classes
This class was originally designed through the collaboration of coaches and team gymnasts as a way to have fun with exercise and training in our sport. We built our first obstacle course and had our high level boys' and girls' team run through it. We planned on spending abot 10 minutes on the obstacle course, but the team kids begged us to make a day out of it. It was a blast for the kids and coaches alike. We recently joined forces with NinjaKids program as a way to build on their expertise in the industry. This class is an excellent stand alone class as well as a great addon for our Boy's and Girl's Educational classes. If you take this as a second class, we give a substantial discount on the second class.

We usually do 2 gymnastics camps per calendar year in the summer months. Please send us an email at gary@odgusa or call us at (330) 759-1916 for more information. Thanks!
Open Gym
Open Gym is designed to provide extra practice time on exactly what the student wants to work.
Coaches Supervise Designated Events in Which the Student May Practice What They Have Learned in Class.
Students must be at least in first grade and should be enrolled in a gymnastics (or similar) class (enrollment at ODG is not a requirement). This is not a substitute for regular classes as the coaches do not provide instruction like a regular class. As an added benefit, we do however spot back handsprings on a mat during open gym. All other spotting is done in regular classes.
