Oliver's Lounge is open seven days a week, 11:30am to 2:00am. Lunch is also served seven days a week, 11:30am to 2:30pm. Complimentary Happy Hour appetizers are served Monday through Saturday 4:00pm to 6:00pm

The Mayflower Park Hotel started life as the Bergonian Hotel on July 16, 1927 and has been in continuous operation ever since. One of Seattle's fist 'uptown' hotels, it took six months to build and was named after owner Stephen Berg and his love of the newspaper, the Oregonian. In salute to our hotel and the many guests we have been privileged to serve, we present The Bergonian cocktail. Crafted with local award winning Copperworks Gin, Cointreau, Crème de Casis, Esprit de June, a squeeze of lemon, a bit of red wine and Prosecco – it's the perfect drink to honor the historic Mayflower Park Hotel
