This class begins with mindful breathing and poses designed to build your core and heat you up internally through sun salutations and strength building poses that benefit your range of motion and balance. We link poses with the breath as a moving meditation. "The literal translation of vinyasa from Sanskrit is "connection," according to Ellen Stansell, Ph.D., RYT, and scholar of yogic literature. In terms of yoga asana, we can interpret this as a connection between movement and breath or as the connection between poses in a flowing sequence." Each pose prepares you for a peak pose that will get you for inversions. After you will experience counter poses and cooling down into an amazing savasana and meditation to get you balanced and serene. *All levels welcome! However, this class is a faster paced class that will give options for inversions and more challenging poses. We modify, challenge and stay humble
