We start from scratch every day in our kitchen, making fresh salsa, roasting peppers and chilis for our signature homemade sauces, slow cooking our lean cuts of beef and pork, then pouring broth off into our special sauces. We take pride in our creations and just writing about them turns on the taste buds! Our atmosphere is warm and inviting, so you and your family can make yourself at home in our dining room or choose to call ahead for take out. Just like our name, Ole Ole, we want your food experience to be a celebration of deliciousness or as my husband calls it ‘a party in your mouth’!
