Teacher: Alex Routh. Duration: 1 hour. Alexandra Routh is a Wisconsin native, but one vacation to Colorado was all it took. She moved here with the intention of pursuing a Master’s degree, but found herself in a yoga teacher training program instead. This is where she found her bliss, and it is her hope that through teaching yoga, she will help others discover theirs. Her personal teaching style, Blissed In, is informed by her 300 hr. Vinyasa training, safety and grounding practices, and her experience teaching thus far. Blissed In is inspired by Alexandra’s personal yoga practice, teachers she has learned from along the way, each individual’s unique limitations and gifts, as well as the strength created through community. Blissed In’s mission is to empower people to live from the bliss within. Alexandra currently lives in Fort Collins, CO. She has been an avid yogi since her late teens and practices whenever and where ever she can. Slow Flow is a practice that will move you through the entire body gently, slowly and sweetly building intensity gradually accompanied by soothing music.

Teacher: Rowan Harrison. Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes. This gentle breath-inspired practice session is designed to restore comfort and ease to the upper back, neck and shoulders. This practice restores circulation and improves awareness of dysfunctional movement patterns and triggers of pain. Class is suitable for all those experiencing minor to moderate pain, tightness, or dysfunction of the upper body.

Vinyasa classes use a variety of postures linked together in a sequence to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. This is a physically challenging class with lots of movement usually set to upbeat music. You will maintain a strong focus and calm mind all while toning, strengthening and stretching your whole body! *Not necessarily for absolute beginners though exceptions can be made.
10:30 am Beginners Yoga
Teacher: Jean Parker-Renga (6). Duration: 1 hour & 15 minutes. This class focuses on the fundamentals of safe alignment and mechanics in yoga postures and introduces some basic breathing practices.
