About Us
Round Lake Olando's in Round Lake, IL, began in 1986 when husband and wife owners, Rich and Diana, decided to open up a small carry out/delivery pizzeria.
Rich brought with him his pizza parlor experience, which began at age 15, as an after school job in high school. He continued through his college years where he attended classes by day and delivered pizzas by night. Diana, a hair stylist, had dreams of owning an ice cream shop. Growing up she had a flair for creating unique ice cream creations, trying out new ideas on her brothers and family. Together they created Round Lake Olando's restaurant located in the heart of Round Lake.
