Owners Andrew and Juliet Higa are both born and raised in the beautiful state of Hawaii. Andrew grew up on the rural east side of Oahu and learned the importance of using fresh fruits, vegetables, and seafood. He brings with him the diversity of having worked for various restaurants and foodservice companies in both states. This coupled with a strong family restaurant background helped refine his cooking style. Juliet grew up in Hanapepe, on the west side of Kauai where her family has owned and operated their family restaurant for the past twenty-five years. After pursuing her degree and attaining Registered Dietitian status, Juliet applies her expertise of human nutrition.
