At the age of 14, Carmela Del Busso, chef/owner of Oggi Ristorante left Italy and immigrated to the United States. Her love of cooking began at a very early age and continues to be her passion. Carmela exercises a simple style of cooking, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, which in the summer and fall months includes the harvests from her own garden. This passion for cooking extends through and can be evidenced in everything she does, from her two-day process of making bread to the labor intensive procedure of making fresh pastas. With everything being homemade and made from scratch, this is truly a unique dining experience. And with recipes and traditions that have been handed down from generation to generation, retaining their authenticity and simplicity, we strive to bring you a dining experience unlike any other.
