Odette is a neighborhood eatery in historic downtown Florence, Alabama, serving elevated American fare with southern and international influences. Executive Chef Josh Quick creates seasonal menus featuring locally and sustainably sourced ingredients in a contemporary, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere. Owner Celeste Pillow has created the neighborhood restaurant likes to frequent. Through her experience working in Manhattan restaurants and her love of food and art, Celeste has modeled Odette (named for her paternal great‑grandmother) to embody the modern approach of urban, farm-focused dining without the pretension.
