Cancellation/Payment Policy
Please give 24 hour notice of cancellation. "No Show" appointments may be charged a 100% service fee. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks. We regret that we cannot include a gratuity on a credit/debit card or check payment. We appreciate your generosity and ask that you be prepared with cash or a separate check if you wish to give your stylist a gratuity.
Retail/Service Guarantee
All of our salon services are 100% guaranteed within 10 days of service. If for any reason you are displeased with the service you've received, we encourage you to let us know. Products may be returned, with moderate use, within 10 days of purchase for an equal exchange. (No cash or charge refunds will be given.)
