We are here to improve 5 main human movement patterns. We will teach you to push, pull, squat, hinge and carry. Sounds easy? Yes, in theory. However doing all of these movements properly, comfortably and regularly requires alot more attention to the small things often overlooked in traditional group fitness programming. BY skippin this step you may be missing some key elements to improving your overall movement patterns. This class stresses flexibility, mobility, range of motion and multiple planes of motion. we focus on tequnique before intensity. You will learn to move properly, command your posture and own the full strength of your skeleton. Simply put I will help you move with finesse and agility. You will rid yourself of a ton of unwanted aches and pains assosiated with poor posture and underactivated muscles. In order to be strong you must first move strong. This class includes tons of great insight into the way you body moves and functions. Equipment used (calisthenics, body weight, trx, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes etc) .
At OFC we aim to help you master 5 main movements. Push, pull, squat, hinge and carry. Master these and you will be a very well balanced individual. After we get the body moving properly in our Advanced Human Movement class we switch gears mid week and add strength and muscle to all that hustle. After a proper dynamic stretch / warmup we will move into some muscle activation and strength based mobilty movements. Our warmup will be focused on total body muscle activation. Our program will include barbells (squats, deadlift variations, clean variations, lunge variations) kettlebells (swings, goblet squats, getups etc) sleds, dumbells etc. You can expect to spend alot of time strengthening your legs and leaning to control your torso so you can develop proper strength to your posterior chain, mobility through your thoracic spine and good overhead strength and control of your scapula and lats.

Elite Conditioning by Atlas EPD This is where the rubber hits the road. Monday is move BETTER. Wednesday is move HEAVY. Fridays are move FAST and move CONSTANTLY. A true metabolic ignitor, Friday's are designed to create a white hot metabolism that fuels your body to burn fat all weekend. More calisthenic in nature this class features lots of jump ropes, sprints, sleds, bodyweight, and kettlebells. This is where the hard work from Monday and Wednesday comes to show off, and where unwanted LBs come to melt off.

Learn to move BETTER so that you can move MORE OFTEN. Start the week with refining sound movement patterns like squatting, lunging, reaching, pushing and pulling. Learn the truth about "core" stability and how to maintain a neutral spine. Polish-up on explosive movements like jumping/landing, sprint technique, agility, and quickness. Mobility doesn't mean stretching and foam rolling. It's about being more aware of how you move, to prep you to move throughout your wild week, and teaching you how to recover between your workouts. Tools: Bodyweight, dumb/kettlebells, TRX, barbells, MedBalls.
Elite Strength by Atlas EPD
EPD Learn to move HEAVY things. Squats. Deadlifts, push/pullups, are common themes on Wednesdays. We also introduce Olympic-style lifts, sleds, sledgehammers, tires, etc. Apply the lessons from Monday's mobility class directly towards creating more lean muscle mass, an injury resistant infrastructure, and bragging to your friends and family about how strong you have become. Surprise yourself!
Intermediate / Advanced Metabolic Movement
Now its time to really get after it! Push, pull, sqaut, hinge and Carry your Way to the Finish Line. End the week in an inferno of sweat. This class is really putting all the pieces of our program together. This is your "GAME DAY". This is where all the flexibilty, agility, range of motion, power, speed and strength come together. Get your body moving like an athlete. By firing all your muscles and putting your body in a metabolic state you will be torching fat and building raw lean muscle. Starting with larger muscle groups and multi jointed movements you will alert your entire body to burn fat like an inferno. The faster and more efficiently you move the more likely to have that lean shredded body you have been working for. These are the movements and the intensity that give you the results you want.
