The Bistro offers a two or six course dining experience.Multi-course diners should expect to spend up-to an hour for 2 course dinners and two hours for the full menu and longer if wine pairing.
The two course dinner, choose between a soup or salad option with your entrée selection. For the Six course dinner, your entrée selection includes amuse, appetizer, soup, salad and your choice of dessert. $10 charge for a split plate. For an additional $25 per person, select wine parings are offered per course starting with the appetizer.
Medjool dates stuffed with mild cheese then wrapped in prosciutto and baked, is a welcome offering from the Chef's de Cuisine. (GF)
Toasted French baguette topped with freshly sliced tomatoes and creamy mozzarella, then finished with a nut-free basil pesto.
Minestrone: Fresh vegetables simmered in a rich beef and tomato broth then finished with tender pasta.

Ravioli stuffed with fresh portabello mushrooms, finished in a rich brown butter and cream sauce with cherry tomatoes and thyme.
Tender chicken breast lightly seared in olive oil, then finished with a light and creamy lemon-garlic sauce and served over creamy risotto. (GF)

Sterling Silver Farms pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon, and cooked to order, then topped with a Dijon mustard and honey sauce. Served with herb roasted new potatoes. (GF)

Chianti Braised Short Ribs:
Beef short ribs slowly braised for hours in a rich tomato and Chianti wine stock, then finished with a beef demi glaze and served over creamy risotto. (GF)
Filet mignon topped with a rich mushroom duxelles, then wrapped in a light and crispy pastry, baked to order and finished with a veal peppercorn sauce. Served with herb roasted new potatoes.

A blend of 70% Mourvedre, 25% Grenache & 5% Syrah. Aromas of Red currant, cranberry, black pepper, blue fruit, orange peel and dried herb. The palate shows a hypnotic sense of purity along with a sense of elegance that is dazzling. Smoked meat flavors linger on the long finish.
Bootleg Prequel 2014 Blend – Sonoma California 89 points
A blend of 92% Syrah& 8% Petite Sirah. Cherry, vanilla, leather, tabaco and meat are supported by generous oak and huge smokey tannin. The texture is creamy and plush.

From the Prisoner Wine Company, this wine is 80% Cabernet, 20% blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel. Deliciously smooth with flavors of blueberry, dark cherry and coco. With aromas of fresh roasted coffee, black current, vanilla bean, brown spice and wild berries.
Saldo 2016 Zinfandel – Northern California 90.5 points
85% Zinfandel, 15% blend of Petite Sirah and Syrah. Dark ruby with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry and baking spices. Entry is rich, full and scintillating. The palate is mouth-watering and smooth with a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft velvety tannins.

Thorn 2014 Merlot – Napa Valley California 92 points
77% Merlot, 23% blend of Malbec and Syrah. Earthy aromas open up into coco, blackberry, cedar and anise. The entry is smooth with flavors of cherry, chocolate, vanilla and a mild toastiness. The finish is long with balanced acidity.
Sixto Frenchman Hills 2014 Chardonnay – Columbia Valley Washington 94 points
Aromas of candied ginger, lemon curd, spice, peach, cream, toast, wet stone and pineapple. Dynamic, yet sleek and refined, driven by a core of minerally acidity that meshes with the delicately complex apple, Meyer lemon and spicy yeast accents.
Blindfold 2015 White Blend – California 93 points
Chardonnay blended with white Rhone and other aromatic varieties, equally bold and intriguing- a luscious entry of toasted hazelnut and mandarin is balanced by bright acidity and minerality. The finish is rich and creamy with flavor of lemon zest and caramelized sugar.
A bold rich cabernet with aromas of cassis, black cherry, mint and violet combine with a bouquet of pungent oak, anise and warm vanilla. On the palate lush cherry, caramel and clove are wrapped in smooth tannins and a long juicy finish.
Delicate tangerine and yellow peach flavors are layered in smoke and dusty slate in this spritely off dry riesling. A light footed piercing wine anchored by a nervous lemon-lime acidity. With finishes long and lean accented by a touch of dried herb.
