Students will be introduced to the Elements (popping & locking, liquiding & waving, strobing etc.) + Attitude Expression (mentally and physically).
Adult Ballet (Beginner/Intermediate)
Enhance balance, mental concentration, physical coordination and grace through ballet style positioning, stretching, core-strengthening and movement control exercises. We welcome both dancers with a background in ballet as well as those with no prior experience.
Pilates & Barre Workout
Body strengthening & conditioning is a great way to stay physically fit and live a healthy lifestyle. By targeting a variety of things like core strength, balance and endurance you will condition your body to gain an athletic form.
Adult Street Jazz (Beg / Int)
By fusing the dramatic technical elements of jazz and hip hop, you will experience a range of motions that will get you moving like Lady Gaga, Britney Spears & Chris Brown.
Contemporary (All Levels)
Learn movement that is seen as indistinct and free-flowing from styles of Graham & Horton. With these classes, you explore the physicality of your body by being guided through your emotions.
