This is a New York delicacy with a twist. What we do is we take our locally-sourced organic chicken we slice it up and nice one inch chunks. Then we marinate it in-house seasonings for 48 hours. After that we throw it on the grill caramel eyes all the juices on the chicken. Place it inside a 6-inch philly roll. And then served with 4 ounces of our homemade chips.

Spinach Strawberry Salad with Feta Cheese
We start with locally sourced spinach and pile it high making sure that its overflowing. Then we put are organic peppers and are organic onions on. Then we put fresh organic feta cheese followed by organic sunflower seeds. Last we do a half circle and beautifully shingled strawberry slices and then we do a presentation strawberry in the center beautiful butterflies.

Caprese Salad
We start with our organic zima and organic grape tomatoes we slice them in half and alternate the colors as we lay them as a base. Then we apply are freshly made organic buffalo mozzarella slices. We apply a little bit of salt 4 flavor. Then we drizzle are 1923 extra virgin olive oil and our 25-year aged balsamic vinegar. We finished with a little sprinkle of basil.
