Working through fundamental movements, and tapping into the recovery dynamics needed for results. Yoga Sculpt: Bringing Strength through flexibility. Incorporating free weights into core vinyasa flow movements and holds, this class will increase you metabolism, challenge you muscularly, and close out with a peaceful finish.

This ranges from circuit training, to a free flow pattern, depending on what the days programming cals for! it will get your heart pouring. muscles burning, and sweat pouring, using everything from Resistance based exercises to functional and body weight movements! R.M.O Hour (Range of Motion)
Instructor leads stretching techniques and open floor stretching time. Spend time working on your flexibility, mobility, and range of motion, using the latest methods proven to deliver results. You may also free stretch and roll during this time.
