For 45 min, train with the team for an intense functional workout. The next 45 min, work on your posing and presentation! We will cover ALL federations and divisions in the posing segment. ALL LEVELS are welcome, you do not need to be a part of the Cathy Savage Team to participate. Even if you just want to look like you compete and be surrounded with positive people, join us!
