Sugaring & Waxing Services
Sugaring, although claiming to have reached us from the time of Ancient Egypt, is a fairly new alternative to waxing nowadays. It deserves a bit of explanation. This is a method of hair removal, which utilizes the use of a paste made of pure sugar, water and lemon juice. The paste is applied against the hair growth and then quickly removed in the direction of hair growth, thus removing the hair by its root. Sugaring is much easier on skin than waxing; it is not hot, so it won't burn you and it only sticks to dead skin cells. It will exfoliate and smooth your skin, while the hair is being removed but won't bruise or pull it. However, in some instances it does take longer than waxing. Please allow yourself more time, if you are choosing to get sugared.
