(Standard fee for 50 minute session) Initial Counseling sessions are 60 minutes in length. Following sessions are 50 minutes in length. Clients may request double sessions for an increased rate. These double sessions are 1 hour 40 minutes in length. Counseling rates are as follows:

Nutrition Services and Fees
Initial Nutrition consultation is 60 minutes in length. During this session, your nutritionist will gain an overall picture of your current health and eating habits, as well as establish goals and a treatment plan to help you reach your optimum level. Subsequent sessions will be 30 minutes in length, unless otherwise agreed upon by you and your therapist. Your nutritionist may request that you have lab work preformed. All lab work and blood draws are conducted off site at an additional cost paid to the third party lab. Nutrition Counseling fees are as follows:

Payment is due on the day of your session. We take all major credit cards, check, and cash. We can provide you with a receipt if needed with all the information required to file a claim with your insurance company. They will then reimburse you based on your selected insurance company and plan.
24hr Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or rescheduling request for all practitioners. If you do not give 24 hour notice the credit card we have on file will be charged the FULL fee of the appointment. For that reason we urge you to call in advance or take advantage of our "Contact Us" option.
