The Noodle Express is a fast-casual concept that offers several of the most popular Mustard Seed dishes in a fast casual environment. Teriyaki rice bowls and Japanese grilled noodles are some of our most popular dishes at the Noodle Express. The Noodle Express has counter service rather than table service. Our Unique Flavors are Amazing and Addictive!! Everything from our unique Teriyaki Sauce, Singapore Butter, Sweet & Sour Sauce, Sweet Thai Glaze, and of course our own Special Osaka Dishes and Ginger Dressing. We’re a great place to stop when you’re on the go and you only have time for a quick meal. Same flavors as our Mustard Seed concept just not as many to choose from and you get them in a smaller portion at a smaller price point.
