When Donato Tramuto moved to Ogunquit in 1991, he knew that he wanted to own a restaurant in town. Not just any restaurant, but one that had the potential to bring about his singular, unique vision of what a great restaurant can be. With the purchase of Five-O, Donato was about to realize his dream. During his ownership, he single-handedly has helped usher in some of the best fine dining in Ogunquit. His vision has included a classically trained master chef (graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu School) 2 pastry chefs, 2 sous chefs, seasoned bartenders & wait staff and personable & friendly maitre-d's; all unheard of in this small, seaside resort town.
