No pastes, no extracts. We get the highest quality vanilla beans we can from a small family company that has been family owned for over 100 years- they really know their stuff! We then split the vanilla beans hotdog style and scrape out the exotic seeds to then steep the vanilla deliciousness in our milk. No lab concocted vanilla flavors here, only the real stuff!
Spiced Vanilla Pint
Real vanilla should be decadent and rich, not just "plain" . Our vanilla is real, amazing, and incredibly smooth. With that on top of our grass-fed cream and cane sugar, it's delectable. Then, we add in Mexican ground cinnamon to add an additional complexity. This flavor makes you feel like getting wrapped up in a warm wool blanket and watching the leaves flutter to the ground on a brisk Fall day.
Vanilla Chocolate Chunk Pint
The tried and true only totally different. We use real vanilla beans (none of those pastes or extracts) and infuse the exotic flavor from the vanilla bean into our cream. We then freeze the vanilla grass-fed milk, cream, and cane sugar with liquid nitrogen and then add in some decadent chocolate chunks to create an incredible smooth and rich vanilla ice cream with some nice crunch in it.
Bananas and Cream Pint
Grass-fed cream, cane sugar, and a real banana - that's it. Well, it's all frozen with liquid nitrogen of course. This ice cream allows you to appreciate the simplicity of what true ice cream is while also realizing that bananas and cream fit together like a puzzle piece.
The Italian chocolate hazelnut spread is a decadent addition to any meal. But, add it into our grass-fed cream and cane sugar, then freeze it with liquid nitrogen and you have yourself an incredibly smooth, slightly nutty, and milk chocolatey ice cream.

Winning the best ice cream in DC is exciting but it also puts pressure to continue to be the best. This ice cream has won for years on end, the reason- no pastes, no extracts. We use real pistachios, make our own pistachio nut butter, and use that in our ice cream! No, our pistachio ice cream is not bright green because neither are pistachios!
Honey Lavender Pint
Our founders, college sweethearts Gil and Sandra, used to go on dates in college to a lavender farm to pick their own lavender. And now, 9 years later and we still work with that very farm they grew their love at to source our lavender from. Grown in Harrisonburg, VA at Seven Oaks Lavender Farm- we grind up the lavender in-house and work with a local honey farmer for the extra sweetness you find in this flavor.
