Vinyasa All Levels
A beginner/intermediate Vinyasa class - some demonstration included: this class focuses on alignment and technique.
Yoga with special attention to those less flexible or with injuries.
An intermediate to advanced practice with faster flow and movement; advanced poses are introduced with appropriate modifications.
All Levels Vinyasa Flow for first half of class - followed by Gentle and Restorative yoga poses to wind down at the end of the day. Class often includes essential oils and atmospheric candle light.

Forrest Yoga was created by healer Ana Forrest to help mitigate modern day ailments. Forrest yogis learn to work with a relaxed neck to ease neck tension, use long holds in poses and deep breath work to build strength, and always include abdominal work. There is something for everyone - beginner to advanced.
Traditionally, asana (yoga poses) were meant to prepare the yogi's body and breath for meditation. This 60 minute meditation class starts with some gentle asana to release tension physically, pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your nervous system, and then explores simply being mindful and finding stillness with some guided and silent meditation. No prior experience necessary to attend- just an open mind!
Relaxing class with the use of bolsters, props, etc. to support the back and other areas. Very little movement, with a focus on stretching, relaxing, and meditation.
