India's famous cuisine has had many interpretations locally and throughout the world, but none like that of head chef Avtar Singh, who prepares dishes with a focus on health and tradition.He has been serving his creations throughout the nation since he immigrated from India over 25 years ago. His kabob, among a variety of dishes are famous locally, where he was head chef for the well-known Raj Mahal Restaurant for nearly a decade, and later at many currently well-known Indian Restaurants in the Rochester area.
