Adult Parkour Class
Duration: 2 hours; $30. If you're someone who likes to push yourself to do better and be stronger, then Parkour is for you. Parkour is a physical discipline that has been called a sport, a hobby and an art. You'll learn to navigate obstacles and leverage yourself through the urban landscape. Run, jump and climb with the kind of precision and creativity you knew you had all along. You'll develop functional strength and fitness, but also learn to both trust and master yourself in a safe, playful way. Walk (or run or handstand) away from this class feeling a little more like Spider Man than you ever thought possible (spidey sense not included).
