Established In 1993, we are a holistic, complementary care center for healing and rejuvenation.
While some would associate us with a "spa", our approach is based upon a clinical model. Utilizing results-oriented, evidence-based, therapeutic services and programs, we monitor your progress and maintain a watchful eye for getting you to your goals. We use assessment skills and make clinical recommendations based upon your specific needs, and a keen understanding of how self-care and natural therapies can significantly improve your wellbeing.

General Information
Cancelations
A 50% service fee will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows. To avoid being charged, cancellations and changes must be made by the day before your appointment. By reserving with us, you agree to this charge. For a group booking of 3 or more persons or for a multi-treatment appointment by one person, please provide 48 hours. A credit card or valid gift card will be requested to secure your reservation. The credit card holder agrees to be responsible for any cancellation fee incurred by them or their guest(s). We reserve the right to decline all further service to persons who fail to honor the terms of cancellation.
On Your First Visit
We require all guests to fill out a brief intake form that allows us to provide safe, appropriate assessments and subsequent treatments. Being a wellness center, we maintain clinical notes for your benefit and we comply with all health privacy codes for your confidentiality.
Taxes
We have no choice but to collect Sales Tax for New York City on many of our services. We do not believe that health services should be taxable as we are NYS Education Dept. licensed health professionals, but our local government thinks otherwise. We have argued against such a policy but until this law changes we must regrettably collect the Sales Tax. The rates reflected herein do not include this Sales Tax, which is added at the time of transaction.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at your sole discretion and not included in any of our fees, except for group events. We regret that gratuities may not be included in any credit card transactions.
Products and Returns
We offer exchanges only, of unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Gift Cards and Certificates are non-refundable.
Etiquette and Other Considerations
Please secure or preferably leave valuables such as jewelry at home. Cell phones must be turned off during your visit. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may mean your session will be shortened. You are still responsible for the full fee in that event. Children under IS must be accompanied by a parent or adult over 21 years of age during their treatment.

Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday : 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sugaring
Sugaring is an all-natural form of hair removal for men and women. Applied at, or close to room temperature, which makes it less Irritating than traditional waxing. Slows down re-growth. Environmentally friendlier and non-toxic.
