Original Hot Yoga
Original Hot Yoga. This 90 minute class is open to beginner & seasoned practitioners alike. 26 postures, practiced twice & 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees/40% humidity. A fantastic all over body workout. You will sweat, so come prepared by staying hydrated during your day and arrive at the studio 15 minutes before class starts. Bring a yoga Mat, large towel to cover the mat & water. These items are available to rent or purchase at the studio if you do not have them.
The best of both words! Yoga and Pilates. This 60 minute Hot and Humid class is a BLAST! Open to new and seasoned practitioners. Come hydrated, bring your mat, large towel, and water. Arrive 15+ minutes before class starts, grab a set of weights and get ready for class. Sometimes it runs a few minutes over, because were having so much Fun!
Original Hot Yoga 65
Original Hot Yoga 65 minute class. Want to get your yoga in but short on time? Try this class! Still hot and humid, just a little shorter. Class is open to beginner & seasoned practitioners. All 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees/40% humidity. Because if time, some postures are practiced only once. A fantastic all over body workout. Get your yoga in when you can but do note that this 65 minute class will not be as meditative as the 90 minute. The shorter class is fast paced with less breaks. Shorter time does not make it easier. Do your 90 minute classes too!!! You will sweat, so come prepared by staying hydrated during your day and arrive at the studio 15 minutes before class starts. Bring a yoga Mat, large towel and water. These items are available to rent or purchase at the studio if you do not have them.
Advanced Silent - Original Hot Yoga
The Silent class is for experienced practitioners who understand the postures without being guided by dialogue. It is recommended you have attended 10, 90 minute verbally instructed classes in the last 30 days and are familare with the postures & etiquette and practice with the upmost integrity for the yoga. Do not come to this class if you "want to take it easy" or do not want to be corrected. This class is not open to new students, students returning to the practice after a break of over three months, students returning after an injury or students visiting from another studio. Please come to the silent class with your best intent of having a great practice and positive energy for those around you.
Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize Internal heat and the lengenthing and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, shoulders and lower spine. Yin Yoga is a great class as a compliment to your Bikram Yoga Practice. If your new to a yoga practice and want to be introduced to the hot room slowly. This 60 minute class is heated to about 100 degrees and no humidity. Lights off and soft music playing. We will lead you through this wonderful class holding the different asanas one to five minutes. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and happy. Come try Yin Yoga, you will soon be hooked and a new member to the BYN family.
