We created Napa Flats Wood-fired Kitchen to celebrate our love of fresh, homemade food, tasty beverages, and memorable desserts. We created a menu that is familiar without being common. And we created a lively restaurant design with a unique patio and bar. We are happy to join the proud group of local, independent restaurateurs who make a community unique. We recruited our friend and famed Texas Chef Damian Mandola to help create our menu. Damian is a foodie in every sense of the term and his curiosity and culinary taste is grander than one cuisine.
