Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen is a casual restaurant with a culinary flair. Our open kitchen prominently features our all-wood pizza oven. This oven is the heart and soul of our operation and bakes not only hand-tossed pizza but also desserts, sides and entrees. Our friend and famed Texas Chef Damian Mandola and one of his Chef Partners Michael McNeilly have created a menu that reflects the cuisines of California, Italy and the Mediterranean.
