In October 2011 I completed the Foundations of Viniyoga Therapist training in preparation for the full therapist training. I continue to study with Gary Kraftsow founder of the American Viniyoga Institute (AVI). Gary began studying in Madras in 1974 in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar. Yoga is adaptable to the general population through adaptation and the use of props. It builds strength in mind and body, improves balance, posture, flexibility and your sense of well-being. Start your practice slowly and with patience.
