This class is the perfect way to wind down the day. Get a work out in the first half of the class with vinyasa flow and melt onto the mat in the second part of class with slow, gentle, relaxing poses. Class is open to all levels. Women undergoing prenatal care are welcome in the Wednesday session.
Yoga for Healthy Backs
This class is designed to specifically support and care for the back in a safe and fun sequence of poses. We will focus on relieving muscle tension, increasing flexibility and strengthening all our supporting muscles. Relaxation techniques will be used to help reduce stress and chronic pain.
Mixed Level Yoga Flow
This fun yoga flow provides enough detailed instruction for beginners, yet includes more challenging variations for those who seek a more advanced practice. Get sweaty and stretch linking breath to movement with an occasional arm balance or inversion. Everyone is welcome to this moderately challenging class.
Flow & Fly
In each class look forward to a 10-minute playtime to work on the fullest expression of the pose in your body, with helpful assists, props and modifications as needed. In this upbeat 80-minute flow class we focus on building fundamentals for peak poses.
Rise and Shine
Start the day out right. Ease stiff joints, warm up the muscles, stretch your body, wake up the mind and start the day calm and energized. We encourage everyone to bring their own yoga mat, although we do offer mats to borrow. You can also bring some water and a towel.
