In addition to the self-discovery and personal clarity available through each session, clients are encouraged to pursue physical activities or develop a personal practice which assists with the process of defining and rediscovering the Self through the context of the body and the breath. The work accomplished during your session is best supported through the regular practice of the theory and breathing techniques featured in Four Gates to Health.
