Intermediate/Advanced Pilates
Utilizing advanced Reformer exercises, this fast-moving class is designed take experienced Pilates students to their next level of fitness. A challenging class for intermediate and advanced students only. Jump boards may be used during this class
Pilates Equipment
While working primarily with the classic Reformer - an elegant, infinitely adjustable apparatus that uses springs and pulleys to provide finely tuned resistance - the instructor may also use small props such as rings and bands to challenge the whole body while focusing on core muscles. The Pilates Equipment class is designed to strengthen and firm the body while improving posture, flexibility and balance
Pilates Reformer
Pilates Equipment class will include the Reformer. The instructor may also include Rings, Bands, Tower as well as chair work. Each student will be challanged in total body conditioning that strengthens and firms muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance and builds a stronger, sleeker body, all while focusing on core muscles
Power Yoga
An hour of power yoga. Fast paced yoga class for all levels. This class will flow using breathe with each pose. Open level class with modification and variations to increase or decrease difficulty. Come and sweat with us
Cardio-Pilates
The express lane to calorie-burning cardio fitness. Cardio-Pilates is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can. The class puts special emphasis on the Reformer's Jump Board to keep students in constant motion and energized from start to finish. This is not a class for beginners so please be advised it will be taught at a faster pace for experienced students

Moving Strength combines the most effective techniques offered by Pilates, yoga, weight training, Physio-balls, tubing and other modalities to provide the ideal workout for your body, to meet your individual needs and goals. Private and semi-private training sessions are available at your home or office or at the Moving Strength Studio, an intimate yet fully-equipped space featuring Pilates Reformer, Chair and Cadillac springs, Resist-a-Ball, tubing and stability boards and rollers and more. We train all ages and fitness levels and have extensive experience working with low-back, shoulder and knee injuries.
