For the very best flavor, we cook our pizzas in a 750 to 1,000 degree oven that is heated with a hardwood fire, which adds distinct, smoky flavors. The oven was designed and built by owner Todd Ross. (Coming soon is a link to a video of the oven building process.) We make each pizza to order using the freshest ingredients we can get, and local ingredients when available. Our dough is a blonde, gourmet, New York-style pizza dough. We also offer a gluten free crust. We owe our success to our families, who, without their love and support, none of this would have been possible.
