THE Go-To Chicken Shawarma Wrap

The posterchild of Arab food. It starts with chicken marinating in a ridiculously flavorful spice blend, grilled to perfection and cut thin. Then I add my hand-cut fries, pickles and signature garlic sauce, and wrap it all up in the local pita I drive 2 hours for.
Egyptian Falafel Wrap

This hearty wrap starts off with my signature Egyptian falafel (it's actually called Tameeya) that's greener and richer than your standard falafel. Then I add in Mama's salad (cucumber, tomato and more) and drizzle it heavily with my housemade tahini sauce. Street food goodness!
