The idea behind Morgan’s was to bring the freshest seafood and produce available to the Lake Tahoe area. With fresh fish arriving almost daily and using locally grown produce when in season you’ll be sure to find something new and delicious. We missed the traditional east coast fare, lobster rolls, fried clams, and haddock, and wanted to share the love for these things with the west coast.
Our Chef Michael Plapp is helping us bring you the best of the East Coast recipes with a touch of the West Coast! He and his team follow the guidelines of the Monterey Bay Aquarium in support of sustainable seafood use. We serve fresh, organic, locally sourced products whenever possible.
