About Us
The Original! Where our famous burgers began, Monk’s Downtown Dells has made Monk’s a Dells tradition for more than 60 years! The historical value of the building plays a key part in making every dining experience memorable. The endless smell of burgers, cheese curds and fried onions lingers down the strip luring customers into the restaurant at all hours of the day. Classic and contemporary Badger memorabilia fill the walls, many in tribute to Monk’s sons who excelled playing football for the Wisconsin Badgers. More contemporary Packer and Badger décor has been added through the years, but the classic photography is what Monk’s customers love the most.
