Mom (Genevia) is Creole Louisiana born. Along with her husband Roland and their two sons she has brought the down home cooking and flavor to the San Fernando Valley and LA for over 20 years. This family owned restaurant has been pleasing the locals as well as the in-the-knows with their friendly hospitality and good food.
Barbeque ribs and chicken that are well prepared, marinated in Mom's special seasoning before it reaches the grill. Cooked and smoked to perfection, pork ribs just slide off the bone and tender beef ribs drenched in Mom's special sauce.
