hatha yogahatha yoga is a strongly alignment based practice, where poses are held for a longer time, emphasizing the proper use of anatomy and breath. classes may focus on a particular region of the body, a particular type of pose, or a philosophical concept. level 1 hatha is an excellent place for any beginner to start.
