Growing up in Northern California, Aaron Jones started his career in the food service industry at a neighborhood grocery store in high school. It was there he learned the power of customer service, cleanliness and consistency. He moved to New Hampshire in 1995 and took a bartending job where he met"Big Moe", an established bouncer in town. After a year of bartending, Jonesy took a job as a sales consultant for a local food distributor. It was here he again learned the power of customer service, and after 5 years as a sales consultant he bought and established a sub/pizza shop following his mentor's advice to have the best customer service, the cleanest restaurant around and to always be consistent. It worked and the restaurant became very successful.
