Modo - 60 min
Modo yoga is a dynamic system of hatha postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Modo classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. The traditional 40 posture series is done in a 90 minute class, though there are 60 & 75 minute condensed versions. Suitable for all levels.
Modo Flow - 75 min Music

Power Flow - 75 min Music
Flow, or "vinyasa" means "breath-synchronized movement," and Power Flow is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. This practice is a dynamic heated class, that focuses on safe flowing movement that challenges the strength and balance of the student. Teachers bring different styles of yoga to blend together in this fun and powerful class. Appropriate for all levels, though a Modo class or two first may help!

Yin Yoga - 75 min Music
Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a "moving meditation". This is a hot practice and the room is 99 degrees with 50 percent humidity. A great compliment to your regular practice. Great for cyclists, runners or anyone with extra tight muscles or need some extra help with reducing stress or anxiety. Suitable for all levels. This class is with music, each teacher creates a playlist that they are inspired to offer in class.
Modo Community - 60 min
This class open to those with unlimited memberships for free and offered at a discounted price of $10 for those dropping in (purchase in-studio). It follows the traditional sweaty fun of a Modo series with one of our new teachers in training. It's a great way to challenge yourself while supporting a fellow yogi on their journey of becoming a teacher. The Modo series is a cardiovascular workout that relaxes, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. Karma Modo ($5 class - cash only) 60 min
This class is by donation only. It follows the traditional sweaty fun of a Modo series with all the proceeds going to great local charities. What You'll Need
We're so excited you found us! If you are new to hot yoga or yoga in general you will be able to find all the answers to your questions here. Our studio has a wonderful introductory offer. For $40 you can you try Modo Yoga Seattle for 30 consecutive days or even twice a day if you want to REALLY get your sweat on as our intro offer is unlimited with no restrictions. Click HERE for more info about the $40 Intro. The best way to start your yoga class is by being prepared! Here is what we recommend: Yoga mat, yoga towel, shower towel, clothes that you are comfortable sweating in and water (we have filtered water). Try and arrive well hydrated and not on a full stomach and if you don't have a mat and towel, don't worry we have a full set up of rentals to purchase if you forgot your water. Mat $2, mat towel $2 and shower towel $2. Please note the following ways we work together to ensure the best possible experience for you and your fellow yogis

Please leave bags and personal belongings in changing areas. We have lockers and locks available to borrow.
Please remain in the practice room for the duration of your class, including final "Savasana".
